Description: Project involved the complete upgrade of the protection and control relaying for a 138/13.8kV substation.
Scope of Work: Produced a complete construction work package for all protective and control relaying upgrades for a 138/13.8kV utility substation, including initial and detailed design, engineering drawings, protection element calculations, protection / teleprotection and control logic development, relay programming, and execution plans.
Project Highlights: Due to the complexity of the relay logic, special testing simulations were required in order to confirm proper operation.
